Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours in advance of the scheduled class time. If you cancel within the 2 hours before class starts, you will be charged for the class. Emergencies can happen; if you have a valid medical reason for cancelling the class, please contact me directly so we can discuss your options. If a class is canceled by Joyful Movement Studio, you will not be charged for that class. Private sessions require 24 hour notice for cancellation. This cancellation policy applies to all members, even those with unlimited memberships. Please be aware that the drop-in rate will be charged to your credit card in the event of a no-show or late cancellation.
