Core Connection is a supportive postnatal class designed to help you gently rebuild deep core strength through breath, pelvic floor coordination, and functional movement. Reconnect with your body, restore stability, and feel strong again

Cancellation Policy
To keep classes running smoothly and to honour the time of our instructors and community, Joyful Movement Studio has a 2-hour cancellation window for all classes. • If you cancel less than 2 hours before class or do not attend, the drop-in rate of $20 is due. • Your account may be temporarily suspended until the drop-in fee is paid. This policy applies to all members, including those with unlimited memberships. Exceptions may be made for emergencies or valid medical reasons—please contact Vanessa directly. If Joyful Movement Studio cancels a class, you will not be charged. Private sessions require 24-hour notice for cancellation.
