Service Description
The Group Conditioning course covers topics such as: muscular conditioning introductory weight training metabolic training and conditioning exercise analysis safety and the effective use of equipment in a group exercise class This 16-hour course is offered in-person and virtually. Please note that during the summer, course availability is limited. Please check back, as listings are updated frequently. To register for this course we recommend that you are currently registered in, or have completed the Fitness Alberta Foundations in Physical Activity and Exercise course.

Cancellation Policy
To keep classes running smoothly and to honour the time of our instructors and community, Joyful Movement Studio has a 2-hour cancellation window for all classes. • If you cancel less than 2 hours before class or do not attend, the drop-in rate for that class will be charged to the credit card on file. • A credit card is required on your account to book classes. • If you do not have a card on file, your account may be temporarily suspended until the drop-in fee is paid. This policy applies to all members, including those with unlimited memberships. Exceptions may be made for emergencies or valid medical reasons—please contact Vanessa directly. If Joyful Movement Studio cancels a class, you will not be charged. Private sessions require 24-hour notice for cancellation.
