Two Programs, One Shared Idea
Chair Fitness and Active Agers grew out of the same question: what does a real workout look like when getting down on the floor isn't the goal? Chair Fitness uses a sturdy chair as your base for building strength and mobility through guided, seated movement. Active Agers takes a similar low-impact approach but is shaped around what changes as we age — staying steady, staying capable, and staying confident in everyday movement, not just in a workout.
Neither program treats "low-impact" as a compromise. Every session is built to genuinely work — for joints that need protecting, for people recovering from something, and for anyone who's decided a chair is simply a better place to train than the floor.

Frequently Asked
What do I need for these sessions?
A sturdy, armless chair and enough space to move your arms and legs freely. Nothing else is required.
I haven't worked out in a while — is this too much, or not enough?
Neither. Sessions are guided step-by-step with modifications shown throughout, so you can work at an intensity that actually matches where you're starting from, whether that's your first workout in years or a regular part of your week.
Who tends to choose these programs?
People managing joint pain, recovering from an injury, navigating limited mobility, or simply at a stage of life where staying strong and steady matters more than intensity. If that's you, you're the intended audience — not an exception to it.
How do I access these sessions?
Every session streams right on the page through the video player, through your members login area on the site, or through the Fit by Wix app — sign in on whichever you prefer and pick up wherever you left off.
Which membership covers these programs?
